How much is the delivery fee?
R60 in Gauteng and R95 in all other provinces with the exception of outlying areas.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched. In the event where we are unable to mutually agree on the additional surcharge amount, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually dispatched on the first business day after payment has cleared. Thereafter, it takes approximately 2-4 days for delivery to occur. The exact time frame will depend on factors such as the location of delivery and size of the order. Deliveries occur on weekdays within normal business hours (public holidays excluded).
Malone Living assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery of the package, you will be charged for return shipping. We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier company about any loss or delivery disputes.
Lollipop Baby Camera 30-day Return Policy
The customer has 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. The return shipping cost will be charged from the refund amount. Beyond 30 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance and all queries to be sent to Lollipop customer care services.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—outer packaging/cardboard box and Lollipop package.
- We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If not, all return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
- Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method. Money back returns are limited to one unit per year.
